7 Words Training and Consultancy
TRAINING & CONSULTANCY PROGRAMMES are designed following determination of the specific needs of the client. We need to begin by creating a detailed explicit statement of exactly what problem needs to be addressed.
Training is presented by two or three trainers, usually as courses usually having a maximum number of 12 participants. Our experience includes private and public sectors in UK and abroad.
7 WORDS shows how to recognise the seven essential components that are to be found in any interaction. They are explained by the 7 primary words, NO, HELLO, THANKS, GOODBYE, PLEASE , SORRY and YES. A person using the system becomes much clearer, a better communicator, more focused and decisive, able to understand situations and relate to people much more effectively, so create solutions more incisively and elegantly.
The very simplicity of the core idea is central to our understanding of what works.
IT specialists know about this: KISS..."Keep it simple stupid!"
